Managing Your Subscription

Here's a quick guide on how to manage and modify your subscription on Nookly!

To Manage Your Subscription

1️⃣ Click on More in the menu.

2️⃣ Select Modify Plan.

🔹 If you have an active subscription, you’ll see your plan details, including the number of tokens used, billing information, and invoices.

  • If you'd like to modify your card details, change your plan, or update your billing cycle (annual/monthly) subscription, you can do so by clicking "Modify Billing."

🔹 If you don’t have an active subscription, you can browse our available plans and purchase one if you'd like.

To Cancel Your Subscription

1️⃣ Click on the "Cancel Plan" button in the top right corner of your plan details.

2️⃣ Confirm your cancellation request on the popup and you'll be able to see when your plan will be scheduled for cancellation.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you’ll still have access to your account and previous creations, but you won’t be able to create new ones.
