What is Nookly?

Learn how Nookly creates personalized learning plans and individual experiences from a child’s goals, interests, and everyday moments.

Written by Radwa Hamed

Nookly is an AI-powered personalized learning platform for children, typically ages 2–11. It helps families turn a child’s goals, interests, questions, and real-life moments into personalized learning plans and individual learning experiences.

Start with one sentence. Add more detail only when you want more control.

Personalized learning for one child

Nookly can create personalized stories, songs, podcasts, games, activities, printables, picture cards, emotion cards, visual schedules, and other child-facing experiences suited to the request. These examples show the range of possibilities; they are not a fixed menu.

Nookly How It Works overview

Start with a Goal—or make one thing on demand

There are two ways to begin:

  • Work toward a Goal: A Goal is an outcome your child is working toward over time. Nookly creates a finite personalized learning plan, called a Blueprint, with connected experiences that support that outcome.

  • Create on demand: Make one personalized experience for an immediate question, interest, routine, or real-life moment.

In short: work toward a Goal with a personalized Blueprint, or make one useful experience on demand.

How the Imagineer creates an experience

You can add context such as your child’s age, interests, learning level, language, family, routines, and Goal.

Nookly’s AI planning and creation engine, called the Imagineer, turns that context and a short request into a personalized Blueprint or individual child-facing experience. For an on-demand creation, the Imagineer can choose and plan the format for you. If you already know the exact format you want and would like more detailed control, choose an existing Nookly creation tool instead.

Where your child’s experiences live

A child’s Nook is their personalized, adult-configured library of Nookly experiences. It gives them a contained place to find the stories, songs, games, activities, and other creations prepared for them.

Purposeful screen time that connects to real life

Nookly experiences are adult-directed and finite. There is no endless entertainment feed, child-facing advertising, or autoplay designed to keep a child watching.

The screen is a bridge to learning and real life, not the destination. A Nookly experience can lead into reading together, conversation, practice, routines, experiments, or imaginative play.

Who can use Nookly?

Nookly is designed first for families, parents, and caregivers of children typically ages 2–11. Educators, therapists, schools, clinics, early-learning programs, and libraries can also use Nookly in their work with children.

Nookly can support reading, academics, life skills, creativity, emotional growth, and purposeful screen time.

Which languages are available?

English and Arabic are currently available for Goals and on-demand creation. Spanish is planned next.
