Create a Goal for your child

Create an ongoing Goal and review the personalized learning plan (Blueprint) Nookly prepares around it.

Written by Radwa Hamed

A Goal is an outcome a child works toward over time. Nookly turns that outcome into a finite personalized learning plan, called a Blueprint, with connected experiences that introduce, reinforce, and practice it.

Why create a Goal?

  • Plan a connected learning journey instead of one stand-alone experience.

  • Use a mix of formats to revisit the outcome in different ways.

  • Review and adjust the plan before creating the experiences.

Before you begin

You can start creating before you log in. Nookly will ask you to log in or provide an email when needed to save or continue. Write the outcome in everyday language; prompt-writing expertise is not required.

Step 1: Open Goal creation

From the Nookly home page, choose Create personalized series, then Build a series.

Step 2: Describe the ongoing outcome

State what you want the child to learn, understand, practice, or feel more confident doing. Choose Let’s start creating when the request is ready.

Step 4: Choose or create the child profile

Select an existing child when available, or choose how to create the child’s character. Use only the information needed for personalization.

Step 5: Review the Blueprint & adjust goal cadence and content types if needed

Read the Goal summary, frequency, weekly groups, and proposed experience types. Confirm that the finite plan supports the intended outcome and fits the child.

Step 6: Adjust, save, and begin

Change the frequency or individual items when needed, then save the plan and begin the first available experience. Review the live account or purchase step before continuing.
