Change an item in a Blueprint

Adjust an individual Blueprint item while keeping the plan finite and connected to the Goal.

Written by Radwa Hamed

Blueprint controls let you refine individual items without redefining the Goal. Use them when the overall plan works but one experience is in the wrong place, is not a good fit, or would work better in another available format.

Step 1: Open the Blueprint

Open the Goal’s plan preview and read the entire sequence before making a change.

Step 2: Enter the adjustment view

Select Adjust the plan when the individual item controls are not already visible.

Step 3: Change the format

Open the item’s format control and choose from the types shown. Available formats can vary, so the live menu is the source of truth.

Review and save the revised Blueprint

Step 4: Review and save

Read the revised plan from beginning to end, then save it. Changing one item does not change the Goal’s definition.

Good to know

  • Use a broader plan revision when several items miss the intent.

  • Format examples are illustrative; not every type is available for every request.

  • Keep the plan finite and focused rather than adding unrelated topics.
