Open a shared experience with the same email address the sender entered. The item and available actions depend on the access level the sender granted.
Step 1: Check the invitation
Open the Nookly invitation or link sent to your email. Confirm that the message is expected before selecting it.
Step 2: Log in with the recipient email
Sign in or create an account using the exact email address used for sharing.
Step 3: Open Nook and All your content
Choose Nook, then use All your content when the shared item is not attached to one of your existing child profiles.
Step 4: Find and open the shared item
Look for the experience title or relevant child profile, then select the card or invitation link.
Step 5: Use the granted access
Viewer access supports opening and using the item. Editor access can include editing controls when that role and format are available.
If the item does not appear
Ask the sender to confirm the recipient email.
Ask the sender to confirm that the invitation is still active and the access level is correct.
Sign out and back in with the recipient email.
Contact Nookly support when the invitation still cannot be found.
