Account access, browser permissions, and format availability can affect sharing, downloads, and local printing. Start with the symptom that matches what you see.
Step 1: Confirm the experience is finished
Open the item from the Nook and make sure creation is complete. Check whether Share or Download is actually shown for that format.
Step 2: Refresh and reopen the item
Refresh once, return to Nook, and open the creation again.
Step 3: Allow the browser action
Allow downloads or pop-ups for Nookly when your browser asks. Check the browser’s Downloads area for a file that completed silently.
Step 4: Check sharing details
Confirm the recipient email and Viewer or Editor role. Ask the recipient to sign in with the exact invited email.
Step 5: Check local print settings
Open the downloaded file and use the device’s print controls. Confirm paper size, orientation, scale, and selected printer.
Step 6: Contact Nookly support
Open the blue Messenger icon or email [email protected]. Include the creation title, action attempted, account email, and any message shown.
Good to know
If an action is not shown, the format may not currently support it.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full payment-card details.
General browser-version claims should not be made without a verified support matrix.
