Reset your password

Request a password reset, use the email link safely, and return to the Nookly account.

Written by Radwa Hamed

Use password reset when the account uses an email-and-password sign-in and the password is no longer available. Connected-account sign-in can follow a different provider flow.

Option 1: Logged in

Step 1: Open the log-in page

Select Log in from Nookly.

Step 2: Click on the account icon on the top right

Click on your initials or your photo on the top right.

Step 3: Click edit profile

On the Security tab, click "Edit profile"

Step 4: Update your password.

Follow the requirements shown, save the new password, and return to Nookly. If the email never arrives, confirm the address and contact support.

Option 2: Logged out

Step 1: Click on the reset email link sent to you email, set a new password and log in

Check the inbox and spam folder. Confirm that the message is from the expected service before opening the link. Do not share the link or verification code.

Step 2: Click on the reset email link sent to you email, set a new password and log in

Follow the requirements shown, save the new password, and return to Nookly.

Good to know

  • A reset link can expire; request a new one when the live page says it is no longer valid.

  • Do not send passwords or codes through support chat or email.

  • Use the intended sign-in provider when the account was created with a connected login.
