Solve common subscription and access issues

Check the account email, plan status, organization, and billing page before contacting Nookly support.

Subscription access can be affected by the email used to sign in, the account type, the organization, or the current plan status.


Step 1: Confirm the account email

Sign in with the email connected to the subscription or organization invitation.

Step 2: Review Plan & Billing

Open Account settings and check the plan, status, organization, billing date, and any visible message.

Step 3: Refresh and sign in again

Refresh once. If the plan still looks wrong, sign out and back in with the intended email.

Step 4: Check organization access

Ask the organization administrator to confirm membership, role, and billing ownership when the account belongs to a team.

Step 5: Review the live billing control

For an account that manages its own subscription, open the verified billing portal and check for a payment or renewal message.

Step 6: Contact Nookly support

Open the Messenger or email [email protected]. Include the account email, plan or organization shown, what you expected, and any error message.
