Troubleshoot common technical issues

Work through loading, sign-in, creation, playback, sharing, and download problems without deleting saved content.

Written by Radwa Hamed

Many temporary issues can be resolved without changing or deleting a Goal or creation. Work through these checks in order and stop when the issue is fixed.

Step 1: Refresh once

Save visible work when possible, then refresh the page a single time.

Step 2: Check the internet connection

Confirm that the device can load another page and that the connection is stable enough for images, audio, or video.

Step 3: Confirm the signed-in account

Make sure the email matches the account where the Goal, creation, subscription, or invitation is saved.

Step 4: Reopen the item from the Nook

Open Nook, select the child or All your content, and find the saved item again.

Step 5: Check the specific browser permission

Allow the feature actually needed: microphone, camera, upload, download, or pop-up. Avoid changing unrelated settings.

Step 6: Retry the exact action

Open the Goal, player, Share dialog, Download action, or other location and try once more.

Step 7: Contact Nookly support

Use the Messenger or email [email protected]. Include the page, action, account email, device, browser, and visible message.

Good to know

  • Avoid deleting a Goal or creation unless removal is intentional.

  • Do not create repeated copies while an original item is still processing.

  • Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full payment-card details.
