Nookly works across browsers and devices

Nookly supports all major browsers and devices. You can create, manage, and enjoy personalized learning experiences from whichever device is most convenient for your family, classroom, or practice.

There are two ways to access Nookly:

  • Visit my.nookly.com from a web browser on any device.

  • Download the Nookly app on a supported iPhone.

Browser and device support changes as operating systems and browsers update. Use a current version of the browser available on the phone, tablet, or computer and follow the checks below. The live product and a current support response are the source of truth for a specific version.

Supported browsers

Nookly works across web browsers, including:

  • Google Chrome

  • Apple Safari

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Other modern web browsers

For the best experience, keep your browser updated to its latest available version.

Supported devices

You can use the Nookly website on:

  • Windows computers and laptops

  • Mac computers and MacBooks

  • Chromebooks

  • iPads and other tablets

  • iPhones

  • Android phones and tablets

The layout automatically adjusts to fit the screen you are using.

A desktop computer, laptop, or tablet may feel more comfortable when creating or editing a detailed experience. Phones and tablets work well for exploring a child’s Nook, reading stories, listening to songs and podcasts, watching videos, and using games or visual resources together.

Download the Nookly app for iPhone

Nookly is available as an iPhone app through the Apple App Store.

After downloading the app, sign in with your Nookly account to continue creating and using personalized learning experiences on your iPhone.

The Nookly app requires iOS 15.0 or later.

Can I download Nookly on an Android phone?

Nookly does not currently offer a separate Android app.

Android users can access Nookly’s full web experience by opening my.nookly.com in their preferred browser.

Do I need to download the app?

No. The iPhone app is optional.

You can continue using Nookly from any supported browser without downloading or installing anything.

Use whichever option works best for you:

  • Use the website when you want to access Nookly from any computer, phone, or tablet.

  • Use the iPhone app when you prefer a dedicated Nookly experience on your Apple phone.

If Nookly is not loading correctly

Nookly works across browsers and devices, but an outdated browser, device setting, or network filter can occasionally affect how a page loads.

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh the page.

  2. Confirm that your device is connected to the internet.

  3. Update your browser or iPhone app.

  4. Close and reopen Nookly.

  5. Check that your browser has permission to access photos, files, sound, or downloads when you are using those features.

  6. Try opening Nookly in another browser or on another device.
